Care instructions
For garments please follow the care instructions sent. They should be washed inside out, no bleach. If ironing is needed do so inside out.
For glassware or tumblers hand was and dry only.
Custom and personalized orders
Colors in person my seem a bit off from what you see in pictures, this is most likely due to differences in monitor settings, because of this I cannot except returns based off of minor differences in colors.
Due to the personalized nature of these products they cannot be returned or exchanged however if there was a mistake on the sellers end a new item will be re sent. Please message me if there are any issues with an order I will do my best to remedy any issues.
Shipping
Due to the custom nature of my products I cannot guarantee shipping prior to the designated time given for each order, with that being said I typically try to ship orders out as quickly as possible. If you would like to to rush an order, it is possible with an additional charge.
Once orders are handed over to shipping carriers the items delivery time is out of my control, due to this I cannot offer refunds on personalized items. On all other items they will need to be returned at buyers expense and intact, once I receive the item I can then offer a refund.
If you believe your delivered item has been stolen please file a police report, once you show me a police report I will gladly work with you.
